The lobby is medium in size with an outstanding wooden reception desk and precious carpets. It offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A large door leads to a huge lounge decorated in a style reminiscent of Napoleon I.

The rooms vary in style and are in very good condition. They are exceptionally large. Each room has its own personality; is very well equipped, furnished to a good standard. Each gives an impression that one is back in the 19th century. Bathrooms have either a bath or a shower and are very big. They are tiled in light colours.

The Richmond Opera is 3 minutes' walk from the Opera House in a charming and lively district. There is good public transport nearby.
